Japanese Millet (Echinochloa esculenta)
KSh945.00
Jap millet is an annual warm-season grass that is grown primarily as forage. It has the most rapid growth of all Millets, providing excellent weed sup- pression and preventing erosion when used as a cover crop. Jap millet is better suited for colder climates and wetter soils than other annual summer grasses. It can even grow in flooded soils and standing water as long as a portion of the plant remains above the water’s surface.
